Get in touch
Contact AutoLynq using the short form below for questions, feedback, corrections, or partnership enquiries. A real person reads every message.
What happens after you submit
Every message sent through this form goes to a real person, not a queue nobody checks. We typically reply within a few business days, often sooner for quick questions or corrections, and occasionally longer if a question needs research before we can answer it properly. If you haven’t heard back after a while, send a follow-up, messages do occasionally slip through.
What this form is for, and what it isn’t
Use it for: general questions about a guide or calculator, reporting an error or an outdated figure, feedback on the site, or a partnership or business enquiry. It’s also the right place if a calculator produced a confusing or unexpected result and you want to flag it.
What it can’t do: AutoLynq is an independent publisher, not an insurance agency, lender, or licensed financial advisor. We can’t quote you a premium, approve a loan, look up an existing policy, or give personalized financial, insurance, or legal advice tailored to your situation. For any of those, a licensed agent, lender, or advisor is the right contact, not us, and your state’s own DMV or motor-vehicle services site is the right place for official account or title questions. See our full disclaimer for more detail.
Faster than waiting on a reply
If your question is something AutoLynq has probably already answered, you’ll usually get there faster than waiting on an email back. Start with the free calculators to run your own numbers, or jump straight to a topic: car insurance, car buying and financing, ownership costs, or electric vehicles.
Reporting an error or an outdated figure
We take accuracy seriously. This is Your-Money-or-Your-Life content, and a wrong number can cost someone real money. If you spot something that looks off, outdated, or contradicted by an official source, choose “Report an error or correction” in the dropdown above and include a link or citation if you have one. We check flagged items against the original source and correct the page once we’ve confirmed it, and corrections get priority over new content.
What to include in your message
A few details help us answer faster: which guide or calculator you’re writing about (a link is ideal), which state your question relates to if it’s insurance-specific, and, for a correction, what you believe the accurate figure or rule actually is along with where you found it. General questions don’t need any of that, just ask.
Partnership and business enquiries
If you’re reaching out about a partnership, a data source, or a business enquiry rather than a reader question, select “Partnership or business enquiry” in the dropdown and include a short summary of what you have in mind. We read these directly ourselves, there’s no separate sales team to route it through first.
What this form isn’t for
This form isn’t monitored for anything urgent. If you’re dealing with an active claim, a lapsed policy, or a time-sensitive account issue, contact your insurer, lender, or agent directly instead of waiting on a reply here. AutoLynq is a publisher, not a service provider, and can’t intervene in an active policy, claim, or loan account on your behalf.
Prefer email
The form above is usually the fastest way to reach us since it routes your message with useful context (what kind of question it is) already attached. If you’d rather email directly, reach us at hello@autolynq.com. Response times are about the same either way.
If you already sent a message
You don’t need to submit the form more than once. Duplicate submissions don’t get answered any faster, and they can end up creating two separate threads instead of one. If it’s been longer than a week and you haven’t heard back, a single follow-up referencing your original message, what it was about and roughly when you sent it, helps us find it quickly and pick up where it left off.
